Wash/dry method:

Machine wash

 

- Wash inside out: This protects the flocking and reduces wear caused by rubbing against other garments or the machine drum.

- Wash bag: Using a fine-mesh wash bag is a great idea to minimise rubbing and prevent the flocking from fraying.

- Gentle wash mode: This is essential to avoid excessive mechanical action that could damage the fabric or flocking.

- Soak function: It's a good idea to control the soaking time to prevent the flocking from coming unstuck.

 

Hand washing

 

- Water temperature: We recommend using water at room temperature, as hot water can weaken the flock adhesive.

- Gentle handling: Gentle rubbing to remove stains is important to avoid damaging the flocking.

 

Drying method

 

- Dry upside down: This protects the flocking from direct UV rays, which can cause discolouration.

- Avoid wringing: Gentle spin-drying or using the machine's dehydration cycle is preferable to maintain the shape and integrity of the jersey.

- Air dry: Drying in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight will preserve the fabric and flocking.

 

Repairing the flocking

 

- Using an iron: This method can be effective, but it's crucial not to overheat or press too hard, as this could damage the flocking. Using greaseproof paper is a good practice to protect the fabric.

 

Additional suggestions

 

- Washing products: Use mild detergents, without bleach, to preserve the colour and quality of the shirt.

- Preliminary test: Before attempting to repair the flocking with an iron, test on a small, inconspicuous area to avoid possible damage.

Customs:

If your order has been seized by customs, there is no need to contact us. We have already been informed and will send the order straight back. As soon as it has been dispatched, you will receive a new tracking number by email within a maximum of 3 working days.

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

 

What is the delivery time for my order?

Please allow 12 to 23 working days for delivery of your order (European delivery times). Processing your order takes an average of 1 to 8 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

 

Of course you can! You have 48 hours to cancel your order, so please log in to your account or create one with the e-mail address you used to place your order. Once logged in, you can cancel your order via your order history.

 

I placed an order and paid, but I haven't received a confirmation email.

 

You will always receive a confirmation email immediately after your order has been finalised. If you do not receive a confirmation email (and you see that you have been charged), this means that you have not provided us with your correct email address.

How do I refund an item that is the wrong size?

Our company does not accept any returns, we refund immediately in the event of a problem on our part. Unfortunately sizing issues are not considered <<our fault >> as there is a sizing guide in place which is very clear.

All the information we receive about our customers is confidential and is not shared with third parties under any circumstances. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details.

If, and only if, after the maximum waiting period of 20 working days, you have not received your order or your tracking number, and you made sure that your e-mail address was valid when you placed the order, you can contact us at u2mmaillot@gmail.com. - Yes, we ship free of charge worldwide for orders over €75.
